What is the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
Both give you the same features. Monthly is billed every month. Yearly is paid once a year at 15% off the monthly price, and gets free onboarding the first time.
Is there a free plan?
We don't have a free-forever plan. You can start a free trial or book a free demo first.
What is the customer service window?
When a customer messages you, a 24-hour window opens. Replies you send inside it are service messages, and the first 1,000 each month are free.
How are message charges billed?
Message charges are the same on every plan: marketing ₹1.05, utility ₹0.20 and service ₹0.15 after 1,000 free service messages. They are billed on usage, separately from your plan.
Is billing prepaid or postpaid?
Plans are prepaid. Message charges are billed on usage.
Is there a minimum wallet balance?
Yes. On every plan you need to keep at least ₹1,000 credit in your WhatsApp wallet. Message charges are paid from this wallet, so your messages keep going without a break.
Is there an onboarding charge?
On monthly plans there is a one-time onboarding charge of ₹1,500. On yearly plans your first onboarding is free, and any onboarding after that is ₹1,500.
What support do I get?
Basic gets support on chat (message). Pro and Premium also get on-call support, and dedicated support on yearly plans. An extra 45-minute support session is ₹499, paid before the session.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Talk to our team to change your plan or move between monthly and yearly billing.
Do you offer refunds?
Activated plans are non-refundable. Refunds are only for a duplicate payment reported within 48 hours, or if we could not activate your service because of a fault on our side. See our refund policy.
