What is the WhatsApp Business API?
It's Meta's official way for businesses to message customers at scale, with automation, multiple agents and integrations. The normal WhatsApp Business app can't do this.
Can I keep my current number?
Yes. You can move an existing number to the API, or use a new one. Note that a number on the API can't be used in the normal WhatsApp app at the same time.
Will I get the blue tick?
We help you apply. Meta decides who gets the verified badge, usually based on brand presence and press coverage.
Is there an onboarding charge?
Onboarding is free the first time on yearly plans. On monthly plans there is a one-time onboarding charge of ₹1,500.
